About Us
The Redwood Shores Tennis Club was founded in 1989 by a group of neighbors and friends who wanted to create opportunities for social tennis. Currently in its 36th year, the Club hosts monthly tournaments and Saturday morning drop-ins. Our tournaments emphasize fun and competitive tennis. After most tournaments, we hold socials in the park or in casual eateries.
Memberships are open to 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0. tennis players. Social memberships are open to non-playing spouses/partners.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Redwood Shores Tennis Club is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where social tennis players can connect, have fun, and improve their game. We aim to foster a strong sense of community through friendly competition, social events and a shared passion for tennis, while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, both on and off the court.
